Detroit Tigers....THEEEEYRRRRR horrible
The tigers picked up a load of good people in the offseason, to go with their already good team. Dontrelle Willis (my man), Miguel Cabrera, Edgar Rentaria, And Jacque Jones were among these great players....
But they already had a good team consisting of Ivan Rodriguez, Justing Verlander, Jeremy Bonderman, Carlos Guillen, Brandon Inge, Magglio Ordonez, Gary Sheffield, and Finally Kenny Rogers.
The Pitching (even Willis my man) wasnt able to prove itself, The hitting isnt what it is cracked up to be (a team total of 4 homeruns).
What i am saying, is that even the most stacked up line-up in the big leagues can have its problems, the Tigers Problem is this.....Getting a single win
Honoring Top 3 Underrated Pitchers
Today I am here to Make a tribute to all of the underrated pitchers....so lets begin.
Barry Zito: He was once compared to the likes of Pedro Martinez and Randy Johnson...Now just because he got traded to the Giants, and has had a slump lately, He can't even be compared with the likes of the rookie pitchers. Now all i am saying is that he has hit a small slump. Once he gets off the slump Watch him to Be in the contention for the Cy Young Award.
Roy Halladay: He Is one of those guys that when he first started everyone couldnt get enough of him, but now that he is in his fifth or sixth season.Nobody really pays attention to him. He hasnt even hit a slump in his career yet, so i think he is pretty underrated.
John Maine: Sure he is still young but he still deserves a bit more respect, since he has already pitched in the post season, i look forward to the rest of his career

First Nationals v.s. Cardinals Series of 2008
Well.....As you will probably find out, i am a Cardinals and a Nationals fan as well.
So as you can imagine i was going into the first series of the season hoping for a well evened match between my two favorite teams......Boy were my hopes poured upon.
First Game of the Series
score was 5-4....with the Cardinals winning
Second Game of the Series
score was...again 5-4 ..with again the Cardinals winning
up to here i was like alright i want it to be a good series...although cardinals already claimed the series... i was still hoping for a Good series....You know, Nationals blowing the Cardinals Sweep
Third and Last Game of the Series
score was 3-0...with the Cardinals winning and Completing the sweep...
*Sigh........The Nationals came into the series 4-1 but came outta the series 4-4
and the cardinals became 5-1....
Soo as you can imagine...i want to see a better performance from both teams....More of the nationals then the Cardinals
