Yesterday. Many words describe what went on Yesterday. Epic, hard fought, Fast paced. All of those words describe it perfectly. A war for a spot was being fought for yesterday. Do you know what that spot was for? A spot in the NBA Finals. A win would mean one spot closer to gaining intry. A win would one step closer to your goal. A Win Would mean Satisfaction.
A Battle, not a game, a battle went down between the Denver Nuggets and the Golden State Warriors.
First Quarter: Slams were being thrown down, Jumpshot were being taken, and not much defense was shown. Allen Iverson would go for a layup, and then Monta ellis would make a nasty (good) jump shot. By the end of the first quarter in this battle the score was 37-22 with the Warriors with the lead.
Second Quarter: The Warriors Had already counted their victory, BUT....the battle was'nt over. As in the first quarter, shots, dunks, Swissh. This time, the hero of the quarter was Carmello Anthony with some Viscious Dunks and Some Nasty Jumpshots, and Monta Ellis didnt do so hot this round but, Al Harrington scored 10 points and 5 rebounds alone. By the end of the Second quarter of this battle, the The Denver Nuggets had scored 39, which made their score a total of 61. The Warrior had scored 23 making theirs a total of 60. The Warriors had lost the lead.
Third Quarter: Mostly Jumpshots were scored in this quarter making both Monta Ellis and Baron Davis Deadly in this quarter of the battle.Or so you may think. Carmello Anthony, J.R. Smith, and Allen Iverson all pulled rabbits out of the hat. By the end of this stage in the battle, The Denver Nuggets had scored 28 points giving them a total of 89 points. The Warriors had only scored 23 giving them a total of 83.
Fourth Quarter: The Battle was coming to a close and the game then became fierce. Shot after shot was made, Until finally the clock ran out. The Denver nuggets had scored 25 making their Final Score 114. The Warriors scored 23 which made their final score106.
The war was over, the Nuggets had won and were now one step closer to there goal.
Allen Iverson was the Key player in the game.
he scored 33 points in the game, had 3 rebounds, and 9 assists.
Monta Ellis was the Key Player for the Warriors
scoring 29 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists

The Panthers, Like the Steelers, Had Some Bad Moments in the Offseason, such as deciding whether ot keep Julius Peppers or not. In the end they decided to keep him in the end, but the suspense was bone crushing. Another bad moment was when they had to release Justin Hartwig (now a Pittsburgh Steeler) to make room in the line.
Like the Steelers again, They Re-signed. Julius Peppers was there only player re-signed, and what a re-signing it was.
The Panthers also picked up some awesome players from Free Agency. Among these were Terrence Holt (not Torry Holt), D.J. Hackett, and Toniu Fonoti.
The Panthers, i believe, are going to do good this year.

Baron Davis has had a great season this year. He has averaged 22.0 points per game,
7.6 assists a game, and 2.8 steals a game.
In his previous game against the Denver Nuggets... he scored 28 points, Had 7 assists, and had 2 steals. Those are some pretty good numbers...actually those are some really good numbers considering who they are playing.
Baron Davis has all the good makings of a point guard. He is quick, he can score, and he passes the ball..
I am not saying Point Guards like steve nash, Chris paul, and Deron Williams arent good.
I am just saying that this has been a really good season for Baron Davis.
Keep it up Baron

Soo much history in both Shea Stadium and Yankee Stadium...it is a shame to see that. I am more sad for the mets because i am more of a mets fan than a yankees fan....but i still feel kinda bad for the yankees too since Thousands of memories have been made in the park....
Just thought i would say some words in a tribute to the Ballparks.
